About Us

The International Group for Understanding Arithmetic, Numerical Cognition, And Language (IGUANA) is an international network of young researchers from Germany, France, Switzerland, Spain, United Kingdom, and USA. The members bring together their expertise in the fields of psychology, pedagogy, special education, psycholinguistics, rehabilitation sciences, educational sciences, mathematics education, and neuroscience. The group’s goal is to gather new insights on the interplay of arithmetical learning, numerical cognition, and language development.
